Bold General Wolfe to his men did say,
“Come, come my lads, and follow me
To yonder mountains that stand so high
All for the honour, all for the honour
Of your King and country.”

This is the story of British general James Wolfe during the Seven Years War, told in graphic novel form, from his promotion to brigadier in 1758 in time for the Siege of Louisbourg, his further promotion to command the expedition to Quebec, and his death on the Plains of Abraham. It is a story told largely in Wolfe’s own words, from his letters and journals, and one that seeks to dispel many of the myths and misconceptions of this tragic figure.
